Ciao babi, complimenti per il sito, lo seguo da mesi e ne sono innamorata persa… Volevo darti un suggerimenti per un tema. Dato che adesso va tanto il nuovo Nokia N82, non sarebbe carino fare un tema che riproduca colori e stile fiabesco delle pubblicità del suddetto cellulare? Hai in mente i vari banner o i cartelloni pubblicitari, dove il telefono appare con a fianco una specie di cornice fiabesca, con frasi tipo “C’era una volta un cavaliere…” ecc ecc? Con il successo che sta avendo il cellulare, il tuo tema andrebbe a ruba!

hi, you really should make a theme like your all black w/the default icons, but with the clock of the allblackv5. the numbers on the allblack v5 are nice and big, while the numbers on the all black w/default icons are small, like x-files. JUST A SUGGESTION!!!! you do make awesome skins, though. thanks!

@Francy: se ti da certificato scaduto devi portare indietro la data del cell (dalle impostazioni orologio) Prova con la data 2006 (è un problema dei temi più vecchi, dalla galleria 1 alla 8… con quelli nuovi non dovresti avere problemi)
allora.. tutti i temi dalla galleria 8 in poi non hanno problemi di certificato. Gli altri per poterli istallare devi mettere la data al 2006 (prova con vari mesi del 2066 perchè febbraio portrebbe non adar bene) Una volta istallato il tema puoi tranquillamente rimettere a posto la data

CiaO BABI io non riesco a mettere i temi del n70/90 sul mio n73 e quindi credo che sono fatti apposta per quei modelli….non è che esiste un metodo x farli andare sull’n73 o nn potresti crearne altre?? sono stupendi ma nn compatibili…
@Paolo: i temi nella galleria 70/90 sono solo per quei modelli.. tu devi scaricare quelli nelle gallerie per 3rd edition e dove c’è prendere la versione per qvga

I really love every theme you made, but just recently there has been a problem when I install these new themes like ‘new tiger and dragon’, ‘black google v2′, ‘aces’, etc… to my N3250… the icons wont show or after applying the installed theme, my phone powers off.. but when i use the theme w/ default icons, it works fine… im sorry but i really love your themes especially the icons, can you help me? please?
Miss Babi! You once made a very nice theme named ” Light Gray”. Would it be possible to ask you to make some updates on it? It’s a very nice theme, but it has some minor “bugs”. And might need some design improvement.

You mention about expired certificates but setting the date and time back to 2006 to install does not help. I am in the USA and the cellphone carrier sends the date and time and if you set it wrong, you get message on install that “date and time is set wrong” and “expired certificate”.
1- I think if you make the background of selected folder
or item transparent like old themes (without colours)
it look bitter and
2- I suggest updaate old themes like xbox and other
valuable old themes
3- If you try some themes on 6120c you will find it make
phone stop working when you save vieo you record
these thing happened with (drawingsblack) theme please check it

La cartellA GIOCHI riposrta come immagine (quella che si intravede nella certella) cd e pellicole tipiche della cartella MULTIMEDIA che invece risluta vuota..
Forse ti sarà sfuggito…puoi rimediare?
Questo è il tema + completo che abbia visto con icone di (tante) applicazione esterne.
Spero solo che crei una specie di upgrade, perche non risultandomi nelle applicazioni sono costretto a cancellalrla dalla memory e poi non riesco più ad installarla (anche seguideno le istruzioni di P@sco…)
inoltre ti volevo chiedere se era possibile creare un tema per la WIND (ne ho visto uno carino sulla Vodafone) riportando i colori del gestore e tutte le tue icone (di serie e di applicazione esterne) che per me stanno diventando un must…

@Mister69: purtroppo quello delle cartelle mischiate è un problema che riguarda diversi cellulari.. in alcuni le cartelle vengono lette diversamente da altri.. quella che tu vedi come giochi nel tuo sul 958gb sull’n80 e altri è la cartella multimedia Spero che nokia sistemi questo problema con i prossimi fw :).. se non riesci a reistallare il tema mandami una mail con l’indirizzo che te lo rinomino (dimmi bene quale versione vuoi :)… ) Per il tema wind vedremo.. se arriva l’ispirazione adatta magari ci provo

x giulietta: si vede che hai disinstallato male il tema… o hai formattato la memory e non il tel oppure non l’hai rimosso da gestione applicazioni.. se guardi nelle faq trovi il modo per rimetterlo:)

x sasà : probabilmente non va bene per il tuo cell i tema… i più vecchi come devil erano fatti per l’n80 che ha una risoluzione diversa da n95, n73 etc… per questo li vedi sfalsati

I was wondering if the icon for the Gmail application (to use Gmail directly from your phone) is to be changed by you in the future..? You did great work on the Google Search app and on the Google maps app! I was amazed!

@Philip: the problem is that Gmail application is a java program and can’t be changed with theme. The only way is to open the program file and replace the icon (it is not too difficolt, it is like a .rar file) and than reinstall the program

Maybe make a second version and call it “B&Y” Black & Yellow :D. Would love to see that theme in black and yellow. Any way dude i should be goen now and really good job on those themes

I have to compliment that you are really a very talented theme maker. I fell in love at first sight with your theme in gallery 13. Its the best black theme (OnlyBlackV5_NoBars_by_babi). Howerver just a suggestion that this “no bar”version there is 2 lines at the top when u open up the main menu and it sort of ruin the minimalist look. I dont know if this is a bug or it is intentionally set at this way. But this theme will be perfect if evrything remains the same but just remove the 2 unsightly bars at the top. Hope you will seiously consider this babi. Thanks and best regards!

If you don’t already, I think you should have a little service whereby you charge people for a custom theme. Or a small fee for you to remove the site’s address etc.
Gray Blu è meraviglioso, poi c’è un fantastico orologio analogico, rotondo, con gli indici e i numeri arabi; tu non puoi immaginare quanto mi piace il Tuo Tema..L’Icon Pack è superlativo, Io lo sapevo che Tu avevi i Numeri per poter creare un’Opera di tale Grandiosità.

Ascolta volevo scriverti un suggerimento nella speranza un giorno di trovarlo qui insieme ad altri tuoi temi. X juri: quando ti da certificato scaduto è perchè stai cercando di istallare uno dei vecchi temi (quelli che sono dalla galleria 1 alla Devi portare la data del cell al 2006 (prova con diversi mesi, febbraio o marzo) istallare il tema e poi puoi rimettere la data esatta.
x Marco: il tema su mac os 10.5 leopard l’hanno già fatto in parecchi… vedremo

x juri: solo i vecchi temi hanno questo problema.. I nuovi temi li puoi istallare tranquillamente che il certificato è valido per 10 anni (e temi vecchi sono quelli dalla galleria 1 alla
Maybe I’m just dumb, but it seems to me that pagination in the archives is not working as it’s expected. Eg. there’s a theme called “NINJA TUX (and NoTux version)” published on the 6th May, 2007. However on the May 2007 archive page the oldest entry I see was on 24th May 2007 (theme called “TUX ARMY BLACK V2 (update)”). At the bottom of the page there’s a read-only text field with “Page 1 of 0″ in it.
If I manually append the “/page/2″, “/page/3″, etc. strings (standard way of pagination in Wordpress) to the URL of the archive pages, then it shows the older entries as expected. It’s just that there’s no navigation element on the page that would help me do this by merely clicking (on a “next page” or “previous entries” link or something like that).
I’ve tested this with Firefox v2.0.0.13 (both Windows and Linux versions) and IE7, but I ended up with the same result in all cases.
Hi, i tried the Gray Blu theme, overall it’s great, but the icons of Aplication folder, games folder & My Own folder (on my Nokia 6120c) are still drefault, hope you’ll fix this keep up
Gray Black è un Tema sobrio ed elegantissimo; mi ricorda una bellissima canzone di Armstrong: “We Have All The Time In The World”.. per me è la cosa più bella che hai creato fino ad oggi. vale tutti i 5 cuoricini che ho votato.
Ciao Babi !! TUTTI I GIORNI passo per il tuo sito, sei un GRANDE sei IL PUNTO DI RIFERIMENTO per i temi. Anche io come Davide trovo Gray Black un bellissimo tema. Vorrei fare solo una osservazione generale. Oltre alla parte ESTETICA che e’ veramente importante, a volte diventa preponderante la parte funzionale. Cioe’ è necessario riuscire a LEGGERE il telefono in tutte le condizioni di luce e nelle molte situazioni. Io trovo che il tuo tema DarkLight sia in assoluto il tema PIU LEGGIBILE, in assoluto rispetto anche i temi di altri. Potresti farne una versione piu aggiornata ? Magari con l’orologio tondo ? Con icone piu recenti ? Grazie !!!!!!!!!! e COMPLIMENTI !!!!!!!!

please redesign site, with smaller thumbnails pics of the themes….it is very tiring to scroll thru all 70+ pages…i went to page 8, before i gave up browsing……
and perhaps classify them into eg: brands, sports, abstract, windows etc etc…??? it be easier to search…

I’m a new user for smart phone and having Nokia 6120 Classic at present. I found your Themes the best. Currently I’m using the Gray_Blue theme, its AMAZing and looks so formal and graceful.
Suggestion: Kindly, If you can use the blue Icons (same the blue shade in bottom) in Gray_Blue theme, might be looks more appealing.

Where do I put the .sis file on my phone after I download it? I just placed the theme in a media folder and it wasn’t there when I looked it up on my phone. Anyone want to walk me through how to place the file in your phone and where to find it?

@AbhijeeT: there are themes over 2mb and with no so much icons. My themes have more than 390 icons for programs .. If you want a lighter theme you have to install default version …..

I actually have problem to instal Glamore V3 on my E61i nokia phone after upgrading my E61i farmeware.
I don’t know why but I can install the Glamore V2 perfectly.
May i ask you to give the new version of Glamore with new icons but same background for valid certificate for 2008?

Alla fine, anche se installo i più svariati temi dei più svariati autori ritorno sempre all’ovile: i temi di Babi restano i migliori, sia come grafica sia come accuratezza nella realizzazione.
I miei preferiti sono quelli neri:
1) primo fra tutti OnlyBlackV6_Nobars_defaut
2) secondo posto in classifica GrayBlack_defaut
Avrei però un suggerimento:
Poichè quando uso il cellulare di notte la barra di selezione delle voci, si vede appena appena, sarebbe bello averla di colore totalmente differente, per esempio molto più chiaro.
Questo è solo un suggerimento…….. ovviamente i tuoi temi sono già FAVOLOSI così.

I was wonderin’ wether you could update some, if not most or all, of s60v3 previous themes with the new icons. It would be really helpful if you did so because I love all of your previous themes. Also, I can’t uninstall or delete some of your themes after I install them. Any ideas as to why? [I have an N95]

Dude, thank you so much for some amazingly simple yet functional themes. On the new S60V3 themes, I noticed you managed to skin all the default icons - including popular 3rd party apps like divX, F-secure and even emTube.
Would it be possible for you by any chance to skin the icons of the YahooGo app, the Gmail client, the Opera browser and RealPlayer (which is the default media player on all the S60V3 Nokias)? It would be superb if that were possible! Thank you so much again …
The problem is that it’s not possible change the icons for java program with a theme (like Gmail etc) …. For realplayer I don’t know why but it’s not possible too.. I think this is a Nokia bug.. and for the moment I can’t fix it

Dato che adesso va tanto il nuovo Nokia N82, non sarebbe carino fare un tema che riproduca colori e stile fiabesco delle pubblicità del suddetto cellulare? Hai in mente i vari banner o i cartelloni pubblicitari, dove il telefono appare con a fianco una specie di cornice fiabesca, con frasi tipo “C’era una volta un cavaliere…” ecc ecc? Con il successo che sta avendo il cellulare, il tuo tema andrebbe a ruba!

hi, you really should make a theme like your all black w/the default icons, but with the clock of the allblackv5. the numbers on the allblack v5 are nice and big, while the numbers on the all black w/default icons are small, like x-files. JUST A SUGGESTION!!!! you do make awesome skins, though. thanks!

@Francy: se ti da certificato scaduto devi portare indietro la data del cell (dalle impostazioni orologio) Prova con la data 2006 (è un problema dei temi più vecchi, dalla galleria 1 alla 8… con quelli nuovi non dovresti avere problemi)

allora.. tutti i temi dalla galleria 8 in poi non hanno problemi di certificato. Gli altri per poterli istallare devi mettere la data al 2006 (prova con vari mesi del 2066 perchè febbraio portrebbe non adar bene) Una volta istallato il tema puoi tranquillamente rimettere a posto la data

I really love every theme you made, but just recently there has been a problem when I install these new themes like ‘new tiger and dragon’, ‘black google v2′, ‘aces’, etc… to my N3250… the icons wont show or after applying the installed theme, my phone powers off.. but when i use the theme w/ default icons, it works fine… im sorry but i really love your themes especially the icons, can you help me? please?

You mention about expired certificates but setting the date and time back to 2006 to install does not help. I am in the USA and the cellphone carrier sends the date and time and if you set it wrong, you get message on install that “date and time is set wrong” and “expired certificate”.

1- I think if you make the background of selected folder
or item transparent like old themes (without colours)
it look bitter and
2- I suggest updaate old themes like xbox and other
valuable old themes
3- If you try some themes on 6120c you will find it make
phone stop working when you save vieo you record

La cartellA GIOCHI riposrta come immagine (quella che si intravede nella certella) cd e pellicole tipiche della cartella MULTIMEDIA che invece risluta vuota..
Forse ti sarà sfuggito…puoi rimediare?
Questo è il tema + completo che abbia visto con icone di (tante) applicazione esterne.
Spero solo che crei una specie di upgrade, perche non risultandomi nelle applicazioni sono costretto a cancellalrla dalla memory e poi non riesco più ad installarla (anche seguideno le istruzioni di P@sco…)
inoltre ti volevo chiedere se era possibile creare un tema per la WIND (ne ho visto uno carino sulla Vodafone) riportando i colori del gestore e tutte le tue icone (di serie e di applicazione esterne) che per me stanno diventando un must…

@Mister69: purtroppo quello delle cartelle mischiate è un problema che riguarda diversi cellulari.. in alcuni le cartelle vengono lette diversamente da altri.. quella che tu vedi come giochi nel tuo sul 958gb sull’n80 e altri è la cartella multimedia
Spero che nokia sistemi questo problema con i prossimi fw :).. se non riesci a reistallare il tema mandami una mail con l’indirizzo che te lo rinomino (dimmi bene quale versione vuoi :)… ) Per il tema wind vedremo.. se arriva l’ispirazione adatta magari ci provo

I was wondering if the icon for the Gmail application (to use Gmail directly from your phone) is to be changed by you in the future..? You did great work on the Google Search app and on the Google maps app! I was amazed!

@Philip: the problem is that Gmail application is a java program and can’t be changed with theme. The only way is to open the program file and replace the icon (it is not too difficolt, it is like a .rar file) and than reinstall the program

I have to compliment that you are really a very talented theme maker. I fell in love at first sight with your theme in gallery 13. Its the best black theme (OnlyBlackV5_NoBars_by_babi). Howerver just a suggestion that this “no bar”version there is 2 lines at the top when u open up the main menu and it sort of ruin the minimalist look. I dont know if this is a bug or it is intentionally set at this way. But this theme will be perfect if evrything remains the same but just remove the 2 unsightly bars at the top. Hope you will seiously consider this babi. Thanks and best regards!

Devi portare la data del cell al 2006 (prova con diversi mesi, febbraio o marzo) istallare il tema e poi puoi rimettere la data esatta.

Maybe I’m just dumb, but it seems to me that pagination in the archives is not working as it’s expected. Eg. there’s a theme called “NINJA TUX (and NoTux version)” published on the 6th May, 2007. However on the May 2007 archive page the oldest entry I see was on 24th May 2007 (theme called “TUX ARMY BLACK V2 (update)”). At the bottom of the page there’s a read-only text field with “Page 1 of 0″ in it.
If I manually append the “/page/2″, “/page/3″, etc. strings (standard way of pagination in Wordpress) to the URL of the archive pages, then it shows the older entries as expected. It’s just that there’s no navigation element on the page that would help me do this by merely clicking (on a “next page” or “previous entries” link or something like that).
I’ve tested this with Firefox v2.0.0.13 (both Windows and Linux versions) and IE7, but I ended up with the same result in all cases.
Hi, i tried the Gray Blu theme, overall it’s great, but the icons of Aplication folder, games folder & My Own folder (on my Nokia 6120c) are still drefault, hope you’ll fix this

Vorrei fare solo una osservazione generale. Oltre alla parte ESTETICA che e’ veramente importante, a volte diventa preponderante la parte funzionale. Cioe’ è necessario riuscire a LEGGERE il telefono in tutte le condizioni di luce e nelle molte situazioni. Io trovo che il tuo tema DarkLight sia in assoluto il tema PIU LEGGIBILE, in assoluto rispetto anche i temi di altri. Potresti farne una versione piu aggiornata ? Magari con l’orologio tondo ? Con icone piu recenti ? Grazie !!!!!!!!!! e COMPLIMENTI !!!!!!!!

This bug like “OS” Theme these themes on 5700 an 6120 classic is Gray! and have not color only black and gray!

I’m a new user for smart phone and having Nokia 6120 Classic at present. I found your Themes the best. Currently I’m using the Gray_Blue theme, its AMAZing and looks so formal and graceful.
Suggestion: Kindly, If you can use the blue Icons (same the blue shade in bottom) in Gray_Blue theme, might be looks more appealing.

@AbhijeeT: there are themes over 2mb and with no so much icons. My themes have more than 390 icons for programs .. If you want a lighter theme you have to install default version …..

I actually have problem to instal Glamore V3 on my E61i nokia phone after upgrading my E61i farmeware.
I don’t know why but I can install the Glamore V2 perfectly.
May i ask you to give the new version of Glamore with new icons but same background for valid certificate for 2008?

Alla fine, anche se installo i più svariati temi dei più svariati autori ritorno sempre all’ovile: i temi di Babi restano i migliori, sia come grafica sia come accuratezza nella realizzazione.
I miei preferiti sono quelli neri:
1) primo fra tutti OnlyBlackV6_Nobars_defaut
2) secondo posto in classifica GrayBlack_defaut
Avrei però un suggerimento:
Poichè quando uso il cellulare di notte la barra di selezione delle voci, si vede appena appena, sarebbe bello averla di colore totalmente differente, per esempio molto più chiaro.
Questo è solo un suggerimento…….. ovviamente i tuoi temi sono già FAVOLOSI così.

I was wonderin’ wether you could update some, if not most or all, of s60v3 previous themes with the new icons. It would be really helpful if you did so because I love all of your previous themes. Also, I can’t uninstall or delete some of your themes after I install them. Any ideas as to why? [I have an N95]

Dude, thank you so much for some amazingly simple yet functional themes. On the new S60V3 themes, I noticed you managed to skin all the default icons - including popular 3rd party apps like divX, F-secure and even emTube.
Would it be possible for you by any chance to skin the icons of the YahooGo app, the Gmail client, the Opera browser and RealPlayer (which is the default media player on all the S60V3 Nokias)? It would be superb if that were possible! Thank you so much again …
The problem is that it’s not possible change the icons for java program with a theme (like Gmail etc) …. For realplayer I don’t know why but it’s not possible too.. I think this is a Nokia bug.. and for the moment I can’t fix it

Thanks for the wonderful BlackWhite theme for my N95 8GB. I have one problem though, the “music” folder icon on the menu screen is not skinned?! It appears as the original, but all the other icons are working fine. Any solution? On the screenshot here I see that it should be skinned too.. thanks in advance!
